why did i bring this up ? simple, with this income this is the point WHERE A RISPONSIBLE DEV invests some of it back into the project on things such as extra rigs to speed up the rendering speed or, MORE IMPORTANTLY IN MY OPINION, hire new people for the time consuming tasks witch don't necesarly involve rendering, because like you mentioned there is a lot of work do be done witch is very time consuming, but does not necesarly involve rendering.

trust me people understand that everything is not so easy as it is at first glance, but you can't say to them that after a segnificant financial boost, the project will not only slow down but also might take more time than before, AND sometimes have even less content than before. they are not stupid they know that something is fishy there and that there $$ supp is not spent wisely



*note what project are you taking btw, is it something already released or still in early dev? or is it something not aaaam f95 material?

Actually we already saw that done way more times than we won't.And even with AAA games.
Just see what happen with the games from Bioware and Bethesda,even Blizzard.

Bringing up Patreon numbers like it's Kickstarter and giving your opinion on how the money should be spent is pointless. Have people forgotten what Patreon is? It is basically a donation/tip jar site, where fans support the creator, not Kickstarter where you expect all your investment to go directly into said project. On Patreon, If the creator wants to use the fan donations towards the project that is their choice but it isn't an obligation.

I'd like to give the benefit of doubt that people who support creators on Patreon know what they are getting into. You don't choose to tip a waitress/waiter then tell them how to spend their tips to be a more efficient waitress/waiter.

Anyone else a bit upset at the lack of content with mom and sisters? I keep getting no hint for mom and big sister and end of content for little sister. This update I am guessing is a story update which is fine, however, id like some more progress with the main three that brought people here. Money isnt and issue, but Real life is, I get that. However, after this much time having only a story update with no side content for the three main is kind of a let down. Again, personal opinion, the story stuff was okay, but with no side content....( I.E. making progress with mom or the sisters ) it just seems a bit lacking. Again this is only my opinion and im not trying to start and argument, just my views.

aha... and the strech goals THAT SPECIFICALY INFORM THE BACKERS, NOT ONLY ON WHAT THE CASH WILL BE FOCUSED ON BUT IF HE/SHE GETS MORE CASH ON WHAT THAT WILL BE SPENT/FOCUSED ON IS WHAT EXACTLY??
I AM NOT THE ONE WHO WROTE THOUS M8 THE DEVS INVOLVED IN SAID PROJECT DID.
if a dev wrote "i do not promis anything if a reach goal X" than i would agree with you, BUT DON'T GIVE ME " it is pointless to ask for some money to be spent on the project kuz this is patreon" that's bs and you know it m8, beside it is not ower fault that the devs use patreon as kickstarter with a subscription, if they want to THAT'S FINE ! but they have to OWN IT THAN, not wash there hands with: "this is my 15 - 20 k tiping jar and you all can sod off !" acountability is important my dude

Nice update btw, the renders remain some of the best in the gobbo cinematic universe.

No, you tip a waitress/waiter after they serve you and if you like (or maybe you don't like) how they served you then you tip +\- amount of money so pretty much you can influence their "efficiency" towards other customers without having to tell them shit...
So pretty much with patron even if yes technically is a support platform for creators you still expect something in return on a decent level and expect that their content to be better and better meaning that they have to invest in what are creating plus they have set up GOALS on their patron page where they tell you what they wanna do if X amount of money is reached so what the hell are you talking about "use the fan donations towards the project that is their choice but it isn't an obligation" ? Otherwise anyone of us could release something then ask money on patron and afterwards months and months give nothing back and live like a parasite from the back of the lets call them easily influenced ppl... tho we know here too a few (too many) devs who do that...

yes that's why i spoted donating, but again that's why when a project is not going into the right direction i don't argue with people that supp the said dev and are not happy on how things are going, if it's some1 that does not supp them than shure takeing a few jabs at each other is fair gain, but at the same time if it's some1 that is monetary involved in a project i am not going to get on his nervs when he starts to complain, ofc there is the case were bouth the "defender" and "attacker" are monetary involved in witch case IS A SHITSHOW :))

When you played the game then came to forum to talk people about game(story, best girls, renders etc), help people who stuck in story. But found out that 7 out of 10 post about people whining about someone else money.

Guys why do you care about other people money? You guys just are flooding the thread. Please stop. I don't want to look at any thread anymore thanks to this shit. Same flood every fucking time in every fucking possible thread.

For the older sister and mom there is side content but it only unlocks once you have progressed the main story far enough. For aunt and teacher there are additional renders in the game already but it seems the coding on those is not complete in the beta.
